Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 1:
By those who range themselves in ranks,
وَالصَّٓافَّاتِ صَفًّاۙ ﴿١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 2:
And so are strong in repelling (evil),
فَالزَّاجِرَاتِ زَجْرًاۙ ﴿٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 3:
And thus proclaim the Message (of Allah.!
فَالتَّالِيَاتِ ذِكْرًاۙ ﴿٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 4:
Verily, verily, your Allah is one!-
اِنَّ اِلٰهَكُمْ لَوَاحِدٌۜ ﴿٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 5:
Lord of the heavens and of the earth and all between them, and Lord of every point at the rising of the sun!
رَبُّ السَّمٰوَاتِ وَالْاَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ الْمَشَارِقِۜ ﴿٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 6:
We have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars,-
اِنَّا زَيَّنَّا السَّمَٓاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِز۪ينَةٍۨ الْكَوَاكِبِۙ ﴿٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 7:
(For beauty) and for guard against all obstinate rebellious evil spirits,
وَحِفْظًا مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَارِدٍۚ ﴿٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 8:
(So) they should not strain their ears in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but be cast away from every side,
لَا يَسَّمَّعُونَ اِلَى الْمَلَاِ الْاَعْلٰى وَيُقْذَفُونَ مِنْ كُلِّ جَانِبٍۗ ﴿٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 9:
Repulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty,
دُحُورًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ وَاصِبٌۙ ﴿٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 10:
Except such as snatch away something by stealth, and they are pursued by a flaming fire, of piercing brightness.
اِلَّا مَنْ خَطِفَ الْخَطْفَةَ فَاَتْبَعَهُ شِهَابٌ ثَاقِبٌ ﴿١٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 11:
Just ask their opinion: are they the more difficult to create, or the (other) beings We have created? Them have We created out of a sticky clay!
فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ اَهُمْ اَشَدُّ خَلْقًا اَمْ مَنْ خَلَقْنَاۜ اِنَّا خَلَقْنَاهُمْ مِنْ ط۪ينٍ لَازِبٍ ﴿١١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 12:
Truly dost thou marvel, while they ridicule,
بَلْ عَجِبْتَ وَيَسْخَرُونَۖ ﴿١٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 13:
And, when they are admonished, pay no heed,-
وَاِذَا ذُكِّرُوا لَا يَذْكُرُونَۖ ﴿١٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 14:
And, when they see a Sign, turn it to mockery,
وَاِذَا رَاَوْا اٰيَةً يَسْتَسْخِرُونَۖ ﴿١٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 15:
And say, "This is nothing but evident sorcery!
وَقَالُٓوا اِنْ هٰذَٓا اِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُب۪ينٌۚ ﴿١٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 16:
"What! when we die, and become dust and bones, shall we (then) be raised up (again)
ءَاِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَۙ ﴿١٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 17:
"And also our fathers of old?"
اَوَاٰبَٓاؤُ۬نَا الْاَوَّلُونَۜ ﴿١٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 18:
Say thou: "Yea, and ye shall then be humiliated (on account of your evil)."
قُلْ نَعَمْ وَاَنْتُمْ دَاخِرُونَۚ ﴿١٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 19:
Then it will be a single (compelling) cry; and behold, they will begin to see!
فَاِنَّمَا هِيَ زَجْرَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ فَاِذَا هُمْ يَنْظُرُونَ ﴿١٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 20:
They will say, "Ah! Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgment!"
وَقَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا هٰذَا يَوْمُ الدّ۪ينِ ﴿٢٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 21:
(A voice will say,) "This is the Day of Sorting Out, whose truth ye (once) denied!"
هٰذَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ الَّذ۪ي كُنْتُمْ بِه۪ تُكَذِّبُونَ۟ ﴿٢١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 22:
"Bring ye up", it shall be said, "The wrong-doers and their wives, and the things they worshipped-
اُحْشُرُوا الَّذ۪ينَ ظَلَمُوا وَاَزْوَاجَهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا يَعْبُدُونَۙ ﴿٢٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 23:
"Besides Allah, and lead them to the Way to the (Fierce) Fire!
مِنْ دُونِ اللّٰهِ فَاهْدُوهُمْ اِلٰى صِرَاطِ الْجَح۪يمِۙ ﴿٢٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 24:
"But stop them, for they must be asked:
وَقِفُوهُمْ اِنَّهُمْ مَسْؤُ۫لُونَۙ ﴿٢٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 25:
"´What is the matter with you that ye help not each other?´"
مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنَاصَرُونَ ﴿٢٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 26:
Nay, but that day they shall submit (to Judgment);
بَلْ هُمُ الْيَوْمَ مُسْتَسْلِمُونَ ﴿٢٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 27:
And they will turn to one another, and question one another.
وَاَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَٓاءَلُونَ ﴿٢٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 28:
They will say: "It was ye who used to come to us from the right hand (of power and authority)!"
قَالُٓوا اِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ تَأْتُونَنَا عَنِ الْيَم۪ينِ ﴿٢٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 29:
They will reply: "Nay, ye yourselves had no Faith!
قَالُوا بَلْ لَمْ تَكُونُوا مُؤْمِن۪ينَۚ ﴿٢٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 30:
"Nor had we any authority over you. Nay, it was ye who were a people in obstinate rebellion!
وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيْكُمْ مِنْ سُلْطَانٍۚ بَلْ كُنْتُمْ قَوْمًا طَاغ۪ينَ ﴿٣٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 31:
"So now has been proved true, against us, the word of our Lord that we shall indeed (have to) taste (the punishment of our sins).
فَحَقَّ عَلَيْنَا قَوْلُ رَبِّنَاۗ اِنَّا لَذَٓائِقُونَ ﴿٣١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 32:
"We led you astray: for truly we were ourselves astray."
فَاَغْوَيْنَاكُمْ اِنَّا كُنَّا غَاو۪ينَ ﴿٣٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 33:
Truly, that Day, they will (all) share in the Penalty.
فَاِنَّهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُشْتَرِكُونَ ﴿٣٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 34:
Verily that is how We shall deal with Sinners.
اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِم۪ينَ ﴿٣٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 35:
For they, when they were told that there is no god except Allah, would puff themselves up with Pride,
اِنَّهُمْ كَانُٓوا اِذَا ق۪يلَ لَهُمْ لَٓا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللّٰهُ يَسْتَكْبِرُونَۙ ﴿٣٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 36:
And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed?"
وَيَقُولُونَ اَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُٓوا اٰلِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرٍ مَجْنُونٍۜ ﴿٣٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 37:
Nay! he has come with the (very) Truth, and he confirms (the Message of) the messengers (before him).
بَلْ جَٓاءَ بِالْحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ الْمُرْسَل۪ينَ ﴿٣٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 38:
Ye shall indeed taste of the Grievous Penalty;-
اِنَّكُمْ لَذَٓائِقُوا الْعَذَابِ الْاَل۪يمِۚ ﴿٣٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 39:
But it will be no more than the retribution of (the Evil) that ye have wrought;-
وَمَا تُجْزَوْنَ اِلَّا مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَۙ ﴿٣٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 40:
But the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah,-
اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَص۪ينَ ﴿٤٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 41:
For them is a Sustenance determined,
اُو۬لٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌ مَعْلُومٌۙ ﴿٤١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 42:
Fruits (Delights); and they (shall enjoy) honour and dignity,
فَوَاكِهُۚ وَهُمْ مُكْرَمُونَۙ ﴿٤٢﴾
ف۪ي جَنَّاتِ النَّع۪يمِۙ ﴿٤٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 44:
Facing each other on Thrones (of Dignity):
عَلٰى سُرُرٍ مُتَقَابِل۪ينَ ﴿٤٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 45:
Round will be passed to them a Cup from a clearflowing fountain,
يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِمْ بِكَأْسٍ مِنْ مَع۪ينٍۙ ﴿٤٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 46:
Crystal-white, of a taste delicious to those who drink (thereof),
بَيْضَٓاءَ لَذَّةٍ لِلشَّارِب۪ينَۚ ﴿٤٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 47:
Free from headiness; nor will they suffer intoxication therefrom.
لَا ف۪يهَا غَوْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنْزَفُونَ ﴿٤٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 48:
And besides them will be chaste women, restraining their glances, with big eyes (of wonder and beauty).
وَعِنْدَهُمْ قَاصِرَاتُ الطَّرْفِ ع۪ينٌۙ ﴿٤٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 49:
As if they were (delicate) eggs closely guarded.
كَاَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَكْنُونٌ ﴿٤٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 50:
Then they will turn to one another and question one another.
فَاَقْبَلَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ يَتَسَٓاءَلُونَ ﴿٥٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 51:
One of them will start the talk and say: "I had an intimate companion (on the earth),
قَالَ قَٓائِلٌ مِنْهُمْ اِنّ۪ي كَانَ ل۪ي قَر۪ينٌۙ ﴿٥١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 52:
"Who used to say, ´what! art thou amongst those who bear witness to the Truth (of the Message)?
يَقُولُ اَئِنَّكَ لَمِنَ الْمُصَدِّق۪ينَ ﴿٥٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 53:
"´When we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed receive rewards and punishments?´"
ءَاِذَا مِتْنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابًا وَعِظَامًا ءَاِنَّا لَمَد۪ينُونَ ﴿٥٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 54:
(A voice) said: "Would ye like to look down?"
قَالَ هَلْ اَنْتُمْ مُطَّلِعُونَ ﴿٥٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 55:
He looked down and saw him in the midst of the Fire.
فَاطَّلَعَ فَرَاٰهُ ف۪ي سَوَٓاءِ الْجَح۪يمِ ﴿٥٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 56:
He said: "By Allah. thou wast little short of bringing me to perdition!
قَالَ تَاللّٰهِ اِنْ كِدْتَ لَتُرْد۪ينِۙ ﴿٥٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 57:
"Had it not been for the Grace of my Lord, I should certainly have been among those brought (there)!
وَلَوْلَا نِعْمَةُ رَبّ۪ي لَكُنْتُ مِنَ الْمُحْضَر۪ينَ ﴿٥٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 58:
"Is it (the case) that we shall not die,
اَفَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَيِّت۪ينَۙ ﴿٥٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 59:
"Except our first death, and that we shall not be punished?"
اِلَّا مَوْتَتَنَا الْاُو۫لٰى وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّب۪ينَ ﴿٥٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 60:
Verily this is the supreme achievement!
اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظ۪يمُ ﴿٦٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 61:
For the like of this let all strive, who wish to strive.
لِمِثْلِ هٰذَا فَلْيَعْمَلِ الْعَامِلُونَ ﴿٦١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 62:
Is that the better entertainment or the Tree of Zaqqum?
اَذٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ نُزُلًا اَمْ شَجَرَةُ الزَّقُّومِ ﴿٦٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 63:
For We have truly made it (as) a trial for the wrong-doers.
اِنَّا جَعَلْنَاهَا فِتْنَةً لِلظَّالِم۪ينَ ﴿٦٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 64:
For it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell- Fire:
اِنَّهَا شَجَرَةٌ تَخْرُجُ ف۪ٓي اَصْلِ الْجَح۪يمِۙ ﴿٦٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 65:
The shoots of its fruit-stalks are like the heads of devils:
طَلْعُهَا كَاَنَّهُ رُؤُ۫سُ الشَّيَاط۪ينِ ﴿٦٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 66:
Truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith.
فَاِنَّهُمْ لَاٰكِلُونَ مِنْهَا فَمَالِؤُ۫نَ مِنْهَا الْبُطُونَۜ ﴿٦٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 67:
Then on top of that they will be given a mixture made of boiling water.
ثُمَّ اِنَّ لَهُمْ عَلَيْهَا لَشَوْبًا مِنْ حَم۪يمٍۚ ﴿٦٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 68:
Then shall their return be to the (Blazing) Fire.
ثُمَّ اِنَّ مَرْجِعَهُمْ لَاِلَى الْجَح۪يمِ ﴿٦٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 69:
Truly they found their fathers on the wrong Path;
اِنَّهُمْ اَلْفَوْا اٰبَٓاءَهُمْ ضَٓالّ۪ينَۙ ﴿٦٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 70:
So they (too) were rushed down on their footsteps!
فَهُمْ عَلٰٓى اٰثَارِهِمْ يُهْرَعُونَ ﴿٧٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 71:
And truly before them, many of the ancients went astray;-
وَلَقَدْ ضَلَّ قَبْلَهُمْ اَكْثَرُ الْاَوَّل۪ينَۙ ﴿٧١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 72:
But We sent aforetime, among them, (messengers) to admonish them;-
وَلَقَدْ اَرْسَلْنَا ف۪يهِمْ مُنْذِر۪ينَ ﴿٧٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 73:
Then see what was the end of those who were admonished (but heeded not),-
فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الْمُنْذَر۪ينَۙ ﴿٧٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 74:
Except the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah.
اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَص۪ينَ۟ ﴿٧٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 75:
(In the days of old), Noah cried to Us, and We are the best to hear prayer.
وَلَقَدْ نَادٰينَا نُوحٌ فَلَنِعْمَ الْمُج۪يبُونَۚ ﴿٧٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 76:
And We delivered him and his people from the Great Calamity,
وَنَجَّيْنَاهُ وَاَهْلَهُ مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظ۪يمِۘ ﴿٧٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 77:
And made his progeny to endure (on this earth);
وَجَعَلْنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُ هُمُ الْبَاق۪ينَۘ ﴿٧٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 78:
And We left (this blessing) for him among generations to come in later times:
وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الْاٰخِر۪ينَۘ ﴿٧٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 79:
"Peace and salutation to Noah among the nations!"
سَلَامٌ عَلٰى نُوحٍ فِي الْعَالَم۪ينَ ﴿٧٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 80:
Thus indeed do we reward those who do right.
اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِن۪ينَ ﴿٨٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 81:
For he was one of our believing Servants.
اِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِن۪ينَ ﴿٨١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 82:
Then the rest we overwhelmed in the Flood.
ثُمَّ اَغْرَقْنَا الْاٰخَر۪ينَ ﴿٨٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 83:
Verily among those who followed his Way was Abraham.
وَاِنَّ مِنْ ش۪يعَتِه۪ لَاِبْرٰه۪يمَۢ ﴿٨٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 84:
Behold! he approached his Lord with a sound heart.
اِذْ جَٓاءَ رَبَّهُ بِقَلْبٍ سَل۪يمٍ ﴿٨٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 85:
Behold! he said to his father and to his people, "What is that which ye worship?
اِذْ قَالَ لِاَب۪يهِ وَقَوْمِه۪ مَاذَا تَعْبُدُونَۚ ﴿٨٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 86:
"Is it a falsehood- gods other than Allah. that ye desire?
اَئِفْكًا اٰلِهَةً دُونَ اللّٰهِ تُر۪يدُونَۜ ﴿٨٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 87:
"Then what is your idea about the Lord of the Worlds?"
فَمَا ظَنُّكُمْ بِرَبِّ الْعَالَم۪ينَ ﴿٨٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 88:
Then did he cast a glance at the Stars.
فَنَظَرَ نَظْرَةً فِي النُّجُومِۙ ﴿٨٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 89:
And he said, "I am indeed sick (at heart)!"
فَقَالَ اِنّ۪ي سَق۪يمٌ ﴿٨٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 90:
So they turned away from him, and departed.
فَتَوَلَّوْا عَنْهُ مُدْبِر۪ينَ ﴿٩٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 91:
Then did he turn to their gods and said, "will ye not eat (of the offerings before you)?...
فَرَاغَ اِلٰٓى اٰلِهَتِهِمْ فَقَالَ اَلَا تَأْكُلُونَۚ ﴿٩١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 92:
"What is the matter with you that ye speak not (intelligently)?"
مَا لَكُمْ لَا تَنْطِقُونَ ﴿٩٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 93:
Then did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand.
فَرَاغَ عَلَيْهِمْ ضَرْبًا بِالْيَم۪ينِ ﴿٩٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 94:
Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him).
فَاَقْبَلُٓوا اِلَيْهِ يَزِفُّونَ ﴿٩٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 95:
He said: "Worship ye that which ye have (yourselves) carved?
قَالَ اَتَعْبُدُونَ مَا تَنْحِتُونَۙ ﴿٩٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 96:
"But Allah has created you and your handwork!"
وَاللّٰهُ خَلَقَكُمْ وَمَا تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿٩٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 97:
They said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire!"
قَالُوا ابْنُوا لَهُ بُنْيَانًا فَاَلْقُوهُ فِي الْجَح۪يمِ ﴿٩٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 98:
(This failing), they then sought a stratagem against him, but We made them the ones most humiliated!
فَاَرَادُوا بِه۪ كَيْدًا فَجَعَلْنَاهُمُ الْاَسْفَل۪ينَ ﴿٩٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 99:
He said: "I will go to my Lord! He will surely guide me!
وَقَالَ اِنّ۪ي ذَاهِبٌ اِلٰى رَبّ۪ي سَيَهْد۪ينِ ﴿٩٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 100:
"O my Lord! Grant me a righteous (son)!"
رَبِّ هَبْ ل۪ي مِنَ الصَّالِح۪ينَ ﴿١٠٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 101:
So We gave him the good news of a boy ready to suffer and forbear.
فَبَشَّرْنَاهُ بِغُلَامٍ حَل۪يمٍ ﴿١٠١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 102:
Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!"
فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ السَّعْيَ قَالَ يَا بُنَيَّ اِنّ۪ٓي اَرٰى فِي الْمَنَامِ اَنّ۪ٓي اَذْبَحُكَ فَانْظُرْ مَاذَا تَرٰىۜ قَالَ يَٓا اَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُۘ سَتَجِدُن۪ٓي اِنْ شَٓاءَ اللّٰهُ مِنَ الصَّابِر۪ينَ ﴿١٠٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 103:
So when they had both submitted their wills (to Allah., and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (for sacrifice),
فَلَمَّٓا اَسْلَمَا وَتَلَّهُ لِلْجَب۪ينِۚ ﴿١٠٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 104:
We called out to him, "O Abraham!
وَنَادَيْنَاهُ اَنْ يَٓا اِبْرٰه۪يمُۙ ﴿١٠٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 105:
"Thou hast already fulfilled the vision!" - thus indeed do We reward those who do right.
قَدْ صَدَّقْتَ الرُّءْيَاۚ اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِن۪ينَ ﴿١٠٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 106:
For this was obviously a trial-
اِنَّ هٰذَا لَهُوَ الْبَلٰٓؤُ۬ا الْمُب۪ينُ ﴿١٠٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 107:
And We ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice:
وَفَدَيْنَاهُ بِذِبْحٍ عَظ۪يمٍ ﴿١٠٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 108:
And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times:
وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الْاٰخِر۪ينَ ﴿١٠٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 109:
"Peace and salutation to Abraham!"
سَلَامٌ عَلٰٓى اِبْرٰه۪يمَ ﴿١٠٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 110:
Thus indeed do We reward those who do right.
كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِن۪ينَ ﴿١١٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 111:
For he was one of our believing Servants.
اِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِن۪ينَ ﴿١١١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 112:
And We gave him the good news of Isaac - a prophet,- one of the Righteous.
وَبَشَّرْنَاهُ بِاِسْحٰقَ نَبِيًّا مِنَ الصَّالِح۪ينَ ﴿١١٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 113:
We blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls.
وَبَارَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ وَعَلٰٓى اِسْحٰقَۜ وَمِنْ ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحْسِنٌ وَظَالِمٌ لِنَفْسِه۪ مُب۪ينٌ۟ ﴿١١٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 114:
Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron,
وَلَقَدْ مَنَنَّا عَلٰى مُوسٰى وَهٰرُونَۚ ﴿١١٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 115:
And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity;
وَنَجَّيْنَاهُمَا وَقَوْمَهُمَا مِنَ الْكَرْبِ الْعَظ۪يمِۚ ﴿١١٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 116:
And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles);
وَنَصَرْنَاهُمْ فَكَانُوا هُمُ الْغَالِب۪ينَۚ ﴿١١٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 117:
And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear;
وَاٰتَيْنَاهُمَا الْكِتَابَ الْمُسْتَب۪ينَۚ ﴿١١٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 118:
And We guided them to the Straight Way.
وَهَدَيْنَاهُمَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَق۪يمَۚ ﴿١١٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 119:
And We left (this blessing) for them among generations (to come) in later times:
وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِمَا فِي الْاٰخِر۪ينَ ﴿١١٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 120:
"Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!"
سَلَامٌ عَلٰى مُوسٰى وَهٰرُونَ ﴿١٢٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 121:
Thus indeed do We reward those who do right.
اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِن۪ينَ ﴿١٢١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 122:
For they were two of our believing Servants.
اِنَّهُمَا مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِن۪ينَ ﴿١٢٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 123:
So also was Elias among those sent (by Us).
وَاِنَّ اِلْيَاسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَل۪ينَۜ ﴿١٢٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 124:
Behold, he said to his people, "Will ye not fear ((Allah))?
اِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِه۪ٓ اَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٢٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 125:
"Will ye call upon Ba'l and forsake the Best of Creators,-
اَتَدْعُونَ بَعْلًا وَتَذَرُونَ اَحْسَنَ الْخَالِق۪ينَۙ ﴿١٢٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 126:
"(Allah), your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old?"
اَللّٰهَ رَبَّكُمْ وَرَبَّ اٰبَٓائِكُمُ الْاَوَّل۪ينَ ﴿١٢٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 127:
But they rejected him, and they will certainly be called up (for punishment),-
فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَاِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَۙ ﴿١٢٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 128:
Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them).
اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَص۪ينَ ﴿١٢٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 129:
And We left (this blessing) for him among generations (to come) in later times:
وَتَرَكْنَا عَلَيْهِ فِي الْاٰخِر۪ينَ ﴿١٢٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 130:
"Peace and salutation to such as Elias!"(4115-A)
سَلَامٌ عَلٰٓى اِلْيَاس۪ينَ ﴿١٣٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 131:
Thus indeed do We reward those who do right.
اِنَّا كَذٰلِكَ نَجْزِي الْمُحْسِن۪ينَ ﴿١٣١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 132:
For he was one of our believing Servants.
اِنَّهُ مِنْ عِبَادِنَا الْمُؤْمِن۪ينَ ﴿١٣٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 133:
So also was Lut among those sent (by Us).
وَاِنَّ لُوطًا لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَل۪ينَۜ ﴿١٣٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 134:
Behold, We delivered him and his adherents, all
اِذْ نَجَّيْنَاهُ وَاَهْلَهُٓ اَجْمَع۪ينَۙ ﴿١٣٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 135:
Except an old woman who was among those who lagged behind:
اِلَّا عَجُوزًا فِي الْغَابِر۪ينَ ﴿١٣٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 136:
Then We destroyed the rest.
ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا الْاٰخَر۪ينَ ﴿١٣٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 137:
Verily, ye pass by their (sites), by day-
وَاِنَّكُمْ لَتَمُرُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ مُصْبِح۪ينَۙ ﴿١٣٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 138:
And by night: will ye not understand?
وَبِالَّيْلِۜ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ۟ ﴿١٣٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 139:
So also was Jonah among those sent (by Us).
وَاِنَّ يُونُسَ لَمِنَ الْمُرْسَل۪ينَۜ ﴿١٣٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 140:
When he ran away (like a slave from captivity) to the ship (fully) laden,
اِذْ اَبَقَ اِلَى الْفُلْكِ الْمَشْحُونِۙ ﴿١٤٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 141:
He (agreed to) cast lots, and he was condemned:
فَسَاهَمَ فَكَانَ مِنَ الْمُدْحَض۪ينَۚ ﴿١٤١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 142:
Then the big Fish did swallow him, and he had done acts worthy of blame.
فَالْتَقَمَهُ الْحُوتُ وَهُوَ مُل۪يمٌ ﴿١٤٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 143:
Had it not been that he (repented and) glorified Allah,
فَلَوْلَٓا اَنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الْمُسَبِّح۪ينَۙ ﴿١٤٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 144:
He would certainly have remained inside the Fish till the Day of Resurrection.
لَلَبِثَ ف۪ي بَطْنِه۪ٓ اِلٰى يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ ﴿١٤٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 145:
But We cast him forth on the naked shore in a state of sickness,
فَنَبَذْنَاهُ بِالْعَرَٓاءِ وَهُوَ سَق۪يمٌۚ ﴿١٤٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 146:
And We caused to grow, over him, a spreading plant of the gourd kind.
وَاَنْبَتْنَا عَلَيْهِ شَجَرَةً مِنْ يَقْط۪ينٍۚ ﴿١٤٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 147:
And We sent him (on a mission) to a hundred thousand (men) or more.
وَاَرْسَلْنَاهُ اِلٰى مِائَةِ اَلْفٍ اَوْ يَز۪يدُونَۚ ﴿١٤٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 148:
And they believed; so We permitted them to enjoy (their life) for a while.
فَاٰمَنُوا فَمَتَّعْنَاهُمْ اِلٰى ح۪ينٍۜ ﴿١٤٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 149:
Now ask them their opinion: Is it that thy Lord has (only) daughters, and they have sons?-
فَاسْتَفْتِهِمْ اَلِرَبِّكَ الْبَنَاتُ وَلَهُمُ الْبَنُونَۙ ﴿١٤٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 150:
Or that We created the angels female, and they are witnesses (thereto)?
اَمْ خَلَقْنَا الْمَلٰٓئِكَةَ اِنَاثًا وَهُمْ شَاهِدُونَ ﴿١٥٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 151:
Is it not that they say, from their own invention,
اَلَٓا اِنَّهُمْ مِنْ اِفْكِهِمْ لَيَقُولُونَۙ ﴿١٥١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 152:
"(Allah) has begotten children"? but they are liars!
وَلَدَ اللّٰهُۙ وَاِنَّهُمْ لَكَاذِبُونَ ﴿١٥٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 153:
Did He (then) choose daughters rather than sons?
اَصْطَفَى الْبَنَاتِ عَلَى الْبَن۪ينَۜ ﴿١٥٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 154:
What is the matter with you? How judge ye?
مَا لَكُمْ۠ كَيْفَ تَحْكُمُونَ ﴿١٥٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 155:
Will ye not then receive admonition?
اَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَۚ ﴿١٥٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 156:
Or have ye an authority manifest?
اَمْ لَكُمْ سُلْطَانٌ مُب۪ينٌۙ ﴿١٥٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 157:
Then bring ye your Book (of authority) if ye be truthful!
فَأْتُوا بِكِتَابِكُمْ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِق۪ينَ ﴿١٥٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 158:
And they have invented a blood-relationship between Him and the Jinns: but the Jinns know (quite well) that they have indeed to appear (before his Judgment- Seat)!
وَجَعَلُوا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْجِنَّةِ نَسَبًاۜ وَلَقَدْ عَلِمَتِ الْجِنَّةُ اِنَّهُمْ لَمُحْضَرُونَۙ ﴿١٥٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 159:
Glory to Allah. (He is free) from the things they ascribe (to Him)!
سُبْحَانَ اللّٰهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَۙ ﴿١٥٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 160:
Not (so do) the Servants of Allah, sincere and devoted.
اِلَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَص۪ينَ ﴿١٦٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 161:
For, verily, neither ye nor those ye worship-
فَاِنَّكُمْ وَمَا تَعْبُدُونَۙ ﴿١٦١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 162:
Can lead (any) into temptation concerning Allah,
مَٓا اَنْتُمْ عَلَيْهِ بِفَاتِن۪ينَۙ ﴿١٦٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 163:
Except such as are (themselves) going to the blazing Fire!
اِلَّا مَنْ هُوَ صَالِ الْجَح۪يمِ ﴿١٦٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 164:
(Those ranged in ranks say): "Not one of us but has a place appointed;
وَمَا مِنَّٓا اِلَّا لَهُ مَقَامٌ مَعْلُومٌ ﴿١٦٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 165:
"And we are verily ranged in ranks (for service);
وَاِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الصَّٓافُّونَۚ ﴿١٦٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 166:
"And we are verily those who declare ((Allah)´s) glory!"
وَاِنَّا لَنَحْنُ الْمُسَبِّحُونَ ﴿١٦٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 167:
And there were those who said,
وَاِنْ كَانُوا لَيَقُولُونَۙ ﴿١٦٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 168:
"If only we had had before us a Message from those of old,
لَوْ اَنَّ عِنْدَنَا ذِكْرًا مِنَ الْاَوَّل۪ينَۙ ﴿١٦٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 169:
"We should certainly have been Servants of Allah, sincere (and devoted)!"
لَكُنَّا عِبَادَ اللّٰهِ الْمُخْلَص۪ينَ ﴿١٦٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 170:
But (now that the Qur´an has come), they reject it: But soon will they know!
فَكَفَرُوا بِه۪ۚ فَسَوْفَ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٧٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 171:
Already has Our Word been passed before (this) to our Servants sent (by Us),
وَلَقَدْ سَبَقَتْ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا الْمُرْسَل۪ينَۚ ﴿١٧١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 172:
That they would certainly be assisted,
اِنَّهُمْ لَهُمُ الْمَنْصُورُونَۖ ﴿١٧٢﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 173:
And that Our forces,- they surely must conquer.
وَاِنَّ جُنْدَنَا لَهُمُ الْغَالِبُونَ ﴿١٧٣﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 174:
So turn thou away from them for a little while,
فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتّٰى ح۪ينٍۙ ﴿١٧٤﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 175:
And watch them (how they fare), and they soon shall see (how thou farest)!
وَاَبْصِرْهُمْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ ﴿١٧٥﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 176:
Do they wish (indeed) to hurry on our Punishment?
اَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ ﴿١٧٦﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 177:
But when it descends into the open space before them, evil will be the morning for those who were warned (and heeded not)!
فَاِذَا نَزَلَ بِسَاحَتِهِمْ فَسَٓاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَر۪ينَ ﴿١٧٧﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 178:
So turn thou away from them for a little while,
وَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ حَتّٰى ح۪ينٍۙ ﴿١٧٨﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 179:
And watch (how they fare) and they soon shall see (how thou farest)!
وَاَبْصِرْ فَسَوْفَ يُبْصِرُونَ ﴿١٧٩﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 180:
Glory to thy Lord, the Lord of Honour and Power! (He is free) from what they ascribe (to Him)!
سُبْحَانَ رَبِّكَ رَبِّ الْعِزَّةِ عَمَّا يَصِفُونَۚ ﴿١٨٠﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 181:
And Peace on the messengers!
وَسَلَامٌ عَلَى الْمُرْسَل۪ينَۚ ﴿١٨١﴾
Karşılaştır Sâffât Sûresi 182:
And Praise to Allah, the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds.
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَم۪ينَ ﴿١٨٢﴾
